| 摘 要： | 目的 为研究日本血吸虫与湖北钉螺的关系提供基础资料。方法 将解剖的钉螺软体组织经挤压法获取钉螺血淋巴液，常规Giemsa染色后，光学显微镜下观察其形态，同时用直接头足肌扎刺法获取田螺血淋巴液作比较性观察。结果 在染色的钉螺及田螺血淋巴液涂片上均能清晰地看到螺血淋巴细胞的胞核、胞浆及伪足。结论 钉螺软体组织挤压法是一种简便有效的钉螺血淋巴细胞检查法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between Schistosoma japonicum and Oncomelania hupensis for getting the basic data. Methods The hemolymph samples of Oncomelania hupensis were obtained by pressing the foot muscles of the snail. The general structure of hemocytes were observed by using the light microscope with the Giemsa stained technique. At the same time the hemolymph samples of Cipangopaludina were obtained by thrusting the foot muscles of the snail as the comparative observation. Results The nucleus, cytoplasm and pseudopod of the hemocytes of both Oncomelania hupensis and Cipangopaludina could be clearly seen. Conclusion The extrusion method is a sort of simple and effective method used in checking the hemocytes of Oncomelania hupensis. |
