长春西汀对椎动脉型颈椎病血流动力学的影响

①目的探讨长春西汀对椎动脉型颈椎病患者椎动脉(VA)血流动力学的影响及其治疗效果。②方法椎动脉型颈椎病患者230例,随机分为对照组(110例),治疗采用常规理疗与颈牵引;长春西汀治疗观察组(120例),在常规理疗与颈牵引基础上加用长春西汀20mg,静脉滴注。治疗前后分别检测患者的VA收缩期血流峰值流速(MAX)、舒张末期流速(MIN)的变化;观察其疗效;并进行两组比较。③结果观察组VA的MAX、MIN较对照组明显改善(P1<0.001,P2<0.001),总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的83.6%(P<0.001)。④结论长春西汀可以改善椎动脉血供,可有效治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,缩短患者的住院时间。

Effects of vinpocetine on the hemodynamics in patients with cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy

Objective To observe the hemodynamics influences and the curative effects of vinpocetine on patients with cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy(CSA).Methods 230 cases were randomly divided into two groups:a control group(110 cases),given routine physiotherapy and cervical traction;a experiment group(120 cases), treated with 20mg vinpocetine IV dripping plus routine treatment. MAX and MIN of the vertebral artery were measured and analyzed before and after treatment.Results MAX and MIN of the vertebral artery in experiment group were significantly increased as compared with the control group(P<0.001), and total valid rate in experiment group(97.5%) was higher than that in control group (83.6%)(P<0.001).Conclusion Blood supply of vertebral artery may be improved and cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy can be treated by vinpocetine.
