皮质酮对体外培养的大鼠海马神经元膜电位的影响

摘    要:为探讨应激激素-皮质酮以违法乱纪 马神经细胞膜电位的影响,采用膜片钳全细胞记录的方法,测量了原代培养的大鼠马神经细胞膜的静脉电位。结果发现,在皮质酮的作用下,海马神经静息电位幅值明显降低,细胞膜呈去极化。

Abstract:To probe the effect of stress hormone corticosterone on the hippocampal cell membrane potential,the resting potentials of rat hippocampal cells in primary culture were measured with the patch clamp whole cell recording.The results showed that the amplitudes of resting potentials in hippocampal cells decreased and the membrane depolarized under the corticosterone.It is speculated that the normal energy metabolic process in hippocampal neurons may be disturbed by the corticosterone.Consequently, the cell membrane depolarized.
