| 摘 要： | ①目的 观察强的松辅助治疗顽固性肺结核小咯血患者的临床疗效及不良反应。②方法 采用开放随机方法对强的松与其他止血药治疗肺结核小咯血 48例进行对比观察。③结果 加用强的松治疗观察组治疗 3天有效率 (83 .3 % )明显高于对照组(2 9.2 % ) ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。④结论 短期合理使用强的松辅助治疗顽固性肺结核小咯血疗效确切 ,无明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical effects and side effects of prednisone combined with other drugs in treating mild hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis . Methods The open randomized,controlled study was receive treatment by prednisone or other drugs used in 48 cases of mild hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Patients were divided into prednisone group and other drugs group. Results The marked effective rate (83.3%)in prednisone group were higher than that in other drugs group(29.2%). There was statistical significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion For the patients without contraindicatiions,Prednisone is a kind of safe and effective drug in treatment of mild hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis with short course. |
