2005-2006年四川省急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测系统运转情况分析

目的了解四川省2005-2006年急性迟缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测系统运转情况。方法应用EPIinfo和中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统软件对数据进行统计分析。结果2005-2006年共报告AFP病例354例,<15岁儿童AFP病例报告发病率1.91/10万,合格粪便标本采集率87.01%,粪便标本及时送检率97.90%,随访表及时送达率90.30%。AFP病例报告县(市、区)136个,占全省县数的75.14%。2005-2006年AFP病例监测系统报告高危AFP病例14例,无聚集性分布。结论四川省2005-2006年继续保持无脊灰状态,各项监测指标均达到世界卫生组织(WHO)和卫生部要求。今后仍须保持敏感的AFP病例监测系统,保持高水平的OPV免疫接种率。

Running Status of Acute Flaccid Paralysis Case Surveillance System in Sichuan Province During 2005-2006

Objective To understand the running status of acute flaccid paralysis(AFP) case surveillance system in Sichuan Province during 2005-2006.Method Surveillance data was analyzed by EPIinf and China surveillance system of information on national immunization program.Results 354 AFP cases were reported in the period. Report incidence of AFP case was 1.91/100 000 for children under 15 years old, rate of adequate stool specimen collection was 87.01%, rate of timely specimen delivery was 97.90%, and rate of timely follow-up form feedback was 90.30%. AFP cases were reported in 136 counties(cities, districts), accounting for 75.14% of the total county number in Sichuan Province.14 high risk AFP cases were reported in 2005-2006, but without clustered distribution.Conclusion Sichuan Province kept to maintain polio-free status in 2005, and all surveillance indices met the requirements of World Health Organization(WHO) and Chinese Ministry of Health(MOH).Sensitive AFP case surveillance system and high vaccination coverage must be maintained as ever.
