癌症患者睡眠障碍原因调查与护理对策

目的：调查癌症患者睡眠障碍的原因，以进行针对性地护理，提高康复效果。方法：采用自行设计的问卷对258名睡眠障碍的癌症患者进行调查，同时对不同性别、年龄、文化程度与睡眠障碍的相关关系进行比较。结果：造成睡眠障碍最主要的三个原因为恐惧、经济困难、疼痛，且中年、女性与文化程度较低者发生率高。结论：癌症患者受多种因素的影响，极易造成睡眠障碍，且不同的年龄、性别、文化程度的患者，其睡眠障碍的发生率不同。所以，护士针对不同的患者制定不同的心理护理措施，对其实施全身心整体护理，缓解心理压力，促进康复。

Obesrvation and nursing about dyssomnia of carcinogenic patients

Objective:To investigate related factors of the carcinogenic patients dyssomnia.Method:To investigate 258 cases with cancer by a questionnaire,undergo correlation comparison of patients with different sex,age,education and the relation of sleeping status.Result:The factors affecting the carcinogenic patients dyssomnia mainly included:fear,economic difficulties,pain.Furthermore,there are high ratio for adult,female and educaton.Conclusion:There are many reason influencing carcinogenic patients,it is easy to cause dyssomnia.So,the nurses should meet patients' various need,regulate patients' sleeping status and keep their emotion stable.
