高压喷雾联合激光治疗对肥厚性咽炎致咽异感症患者生活质量的影响

目的观察高压喷雾联合激光治疗对肥厚性咽炎所致咽异感症患者生活质量的影响。方法进行随机、平行对照研究，应用生活质量医学成果研究简表36项健康调查（MOSSF-36）问卷中文版进行调查。慢性肥厚性咽炎所致咽异感症患者87例随机分为治疗组47例和对照组40例，治疗组应用Nd：YAG激光烧灼炭化咽后壁增生病变的淋巴滤泡，之后应用低能量He-Ne激光局部照射理疗，同时对咽部进行高压喷雾治疗；对照组常规应用柑桔冰梅片及复方草珊瑚含片治疗。随访6个月。于治疗前、治疗后第3周和第6周采用SF-36生活质量问卷分别进行生活质量评价，评价内容包括36个项目，主要包括患者自己对功能状态、幸福和健康的评价。结果治疗前两组患者症状记分、生活质量记分差异无统计学意义；治疗3周和6周后与时照组比较，治疗组症状明显改善，生活质量明显提高（P均〈0．05）。结论高压喷雾联合激光治疗能有效改善肥厚性咽炎所致咽异感症患者的咽部症状，同时明显提高患者的生活质量。

High-pressure spraying and laser on the quality of patients with abnormal sensation of the throat induced by hypertrophic pharyngitis

Objective To explore the effects of high-pressure spraying and laser on the quality of life（QOL） in patients with abnormal sensation of the throat induced by chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis. Methods A randomized and controlled study was carried on 87 patients with abnormal sensation of the throat induced by chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis. QOL was deteimined by using the Medical Outcome Study Short-Form Health Survey （SF-36） questionnaires （Chinese version）. 87 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. 47 patients in the experimental group were treated with high-pressure spraying, Nd： YAG laser and He-Ne laser. 40 patients in the control group were routinely treated with GanJuBingMei tablets and CaoShanHu tablets. The SF-36 questionnaires were administered at the start of treatment and 3 and 6 weeks after the treatment. They were followed up for 3 months, Results After the run-in-period（baseline）, there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of symptoms or QOL scores. After 3 and 6 weeks, the response rates in the experimental group were 93.6 % and 95.7 %, which were significantly higher than those （57.5 % and 67.5 % ） in the control group（ both P 〈 0.005, X^2 test）. Also the QOL improved more significantly in the experimental group than in the control group （ P 〈0.05, t test）. Conclusions High-pressure spraying, Nd： YAG laser and He-Ne laser can not only relieve the symptoms but also improve the QOL in patients with abnormal sensation of the throat induced by chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.
