臣功再佳治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

目的　观察臣功再佳 (国产 5一单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片 )治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法　将 96例冠心病心绞痛患者 (其中 46例经选择性冠状动脉造影确诊 )分两组进行治疗。臣功再佳组 (观察组 ) 5 0例 ,口服臣功再佳 6 0mg ,每日 1次。莫诺确特组 (对照组 ) 4 6例 ,口服莫诺确特缓释片 5 0mg ,每日 1次。两组均服药 6周为一个观察期。结果　观察组治疗心绞痛的总有效率为 92 .0 0 %,对照组为 93.48%,两组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。观察组治疗后 ,硝酸甘油含服量明显减少甚至完全停用 ,心电图缺血性ST -T变化明显改善。两组均无明显不良反应。结论　臣功再佳疗效确切 ,无明显毒副反应 ,是治疗冠心病心绞痛的首选药物之一。

Observation of the clinical effect of isosorbide-5- mononitrate in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of isosorbide-5-mononitrate depot preparations(IS-5-MN) in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris.Methods 96 patients with coronary angina pectoris were divided into two groups. In observational group (50 cases), every individual received IS-5-MN 60mg (l tablet) , once daily by oral. In contro1 group (46 cases), every individual received Monotrate 50mg (l tablet), once daily by oral , the both groups were treated a duration of 6 weeks.Result The total therapeutic effect rate of IS-5-MN group was 92.00 %, while that of Monotrate was 93.48 %. After IS-5-MN treatment, the use of nitroglycerin was significantly decreased or stopped completely. The ischemic ST-T change was markedly improved. There was no significant side reaction in the both groups.Conclusion IS-5-MN is a safe and effective drug for coronary angina pectoris.
