摘 要: | 目的 分离鉴定刺果甘草的化学成分。方法 乙醇提取,硅胶柱层析分离,IR,NMR和MS方法确定结构。结果 分得3个化合物经为十六酸,芒柄花素和异甘草素。结论 十六酸为首次人蜾甘草中分得。

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the chemical composition of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim. METHOD Alcohol was used for extraction, silica-gel column chromatography for separation and IR, NMR and MS for structure confirmation. RESULT Three extracted substances were identified to be hexadecoic acid, Ononis spinosa element and isoliquiritin. CONCLUSION Hexadecoic acid was firstly extracted from Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim. in Jiangsu province. |
