留置导尿腔内途径对神经科女性患者尿路逆行感染的影响

目的探索留置导尿腔内途径对尿路逆行感染的影响,控制和减少留置导尿所致腔内途径感染. 方法将留置导尿的神经科女性患者61例,单纯随机法分为观察组31例与对照组30例,观察组应用单向活瓣集尿袋,对照组应用一次性塑料无菌集尿袋,通过定时进行尿培养,观察不同留置导尿时间尿路感染的发生率. 结果观察组各时间点尿路感染的发生率与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01). 结论单向活瓣集尿袋能有效地降低留置导尿患者的尿路感染发生.

Influence of Route of Indwelling Urinary Catheterization on Urinary Tract Retrograde Infection among Neurological Women Patients

OBJECTIVE To study the efforts on preventing the infection from long term indwelling urinary catheterization by means of one-directed-valve-urine-collection-bag. METHODS Sixty-one female cases needed long term indwelling urinary catheterization in the neurology department were randomly divided into two groups, one group was used by one-directed-valve-urine-collection-bag, the other was used by general asepsis bag. By regular urine culture, the infection rate was observed during different time. The result was analyzed by statistics. RESULTS There were much differences between the two groups on infection rate. CONCLUSIONS It is able to lower and reduce the infection rate by means of the one-directed-valve-urine-collection-bag.
