太溪与特定穴的配伍应用规律

目的]通过探讨太溪与特定穴的配伍规律，拓展临床选穴应用思维和方法。方法]查阅大量临床文献，选取太溪和特定穴配伍的相关文章，提取并归纳选穴思路，总结配伍规律。结果]太溪治疗作用广泛，其中太溪多与心包经、心经、肝经的原穴相配，体现心肾相交、肝肾同源，与络穴合用则多采用异经原络配穴来加强气血流畅，与膀胱经经穴相配常常用于止痛。结论]在太溪与特定穴的配伍应用中，医家选穴少但注重针感，灵活运用诸如原络配穴的方法，综合考虑五行生克、经脉表里、脏腑虚实等，在辨证论治的基础上，运用中医整体观，配伍选穴即能取得良好疗效。

The Law of Compatibility and Application of Taixi and Special Acupoints

Objective] To discuss the compatibility law of Taixi with special acupoints, expand applicable thought and method of clinical acupoints selection. Method] Review and select a mass of hteratures relevant to Taixi with special acupoints, extract and summarize the compatibility law. Result] Taixi has a wide therapeutic range, which reflects the intercourse between heart and kidney, the homology of liver and kidney, and is constantly combined with Yuan-primary points of Pericardium Meridian, Heart Meridian or Liver Meridian. Combining Yuan-primary point with Luo-connecting point of different meridians is often used to enhance the Qi and blood flow, for analgesia of the acupoints of Bladder Meridian is frequently choosen. Conclusion] In the compatibility and apphcation of Taixi and special acupoints, physicians select few points but focus on the needling sensation. Based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation, physicians, considering the generation-inhibition of five elements, the exteriorinterior relations between meridians and the deficiency and excess of zang-fu organs, flexibly follow different rules of acupoints combination such as Yuan-primary point and Luo-connecting point to select compatible acupoints.Thus,a good clinical efficacy can be got.
