基于皮层刺激的头皮针疗法新思路

[目的]探讨当代皮层刺激技术对传统头皮针疗法的借鉴意义。[方法]对皮层刺激的作用机制和治疗方法进行整理与分析,寻求更为有效的头皮针治疗方案。[结果]头皮针疗法作用机制可能是通过刺激大脑皮层来发挥作用,取穴应参考皮层刺激的临床经验,定位应以CT、MR为依据,采用Taylor-Hanghton方法进行精确定位。[结论]传统的头皮针疗法如果能够吸取皮层刺激技术的原理和定位方法,发挥微创、无副作用和价廉的优势,一定会使头皮针疗法重新焕发新春。

New Ideas of Scalp Acupuncture Therapy on The Basis of Cortical Stimulation

[Objective]To explore the effect of contemporary cortical stimulation technique to the traditional scalp acupuncture therapy.[Methods]To collect and analyze the action mechanism and therapeutic methods of cortical stimulation, and seek more effective treatment plan of scalp acupuncture. [Results]The treatment mechanism of scalp acupuncture may be to work through the stimulation of the brain cortex, the acupoint selection should refer to the clinical experience of cortical stimulation, the acupoint positioning should be based on CT and MR and used Taylor-Hanghton method for position precisely.[Conclusion] If our traditional scalp acupuncture therapy can absorb the principle and positioning method of cortical stimulation technology,play a minimally invasive,have no side effect and low price advantage, it will make the scalp acupuncture therapy develop greatly.
