当归芍药散加减治疗肝脾失和痛经81例临床观察

[目的]观察当归芍药散加减治疗肝脾不和痛经的临床疗效.[方法]收集浙江中医药大学中医门诊部和名中医馆门诊用当归芍药散治疗肝脾失和痛经患者81例,通过统计学分析观察临床疗效.[结果]81例中总有效率为95.06％.对疼痛程度不同和病程长短不一的痛经都有较好疗效,能明显改善胸肋、乳房、头目胀痛等（P＜0.05）.[结论]当归芍药散具有调和肝脾、行气止痛之效,治疗肝脾不和痛经临床疗效显著,具有临床实用意义.

Danggui Shaoyao San Decoction for the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea Liver and Spleen 81 Cases

[Objective]To observe the clinical curative effect of Danggui Shaoyao San Decoction for the treatment of liver-spleen disharmony of dysmenorrhea.[Method]The collection of the Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University Chinese medicine out-patient department and Chinese Medicine Museum outpatient department with Danggui Shaoyao Powder in treatment of liver and spleen disharmony 81 cases of dysmenorrhea patients through clinical observation and statistical analysis.[Results]77 cases were cured in 81 cases,invalid 4 cases,the cure rate was 95.06%.Danggui Shaoyao Powder was suitable for the treatment of liver-spleen disharmony dysmenorrhea; the effect significantly relieved symptoms sevetity（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Danggui Shaoyao Powder with harmonizing liver and spleen,Qi and relieving pain,had clinical curative effect on the dysmenorrhea of disharmony between liver and spleen significantly,and had clinical practical significance.
