苦碟子注射液在脑梗死中的应用价值研究

[目的]探讨苦碟子注射液在脑梗死治疗中的应用价值.[方法]选取2010年7月至2013年12月期间本院收诊的急性脑梗死病例共计232例,随机分成两组,对照组（西医基础治疗组）和观察组（西医基础治疗加苦碟子注射液）各116人.比较治疗前后两组患者神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）、肢体功能评分（Fugl-Meryer）、生活质量评分（Barthe）评分差异及血清炎症因子C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α （TNF-α）水平差异.[结果]治疗2周后,观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,Fugl-Meryer、Barthe评分则显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;与治疗前相比,治疗2周后对照组和观察组NIHSS评分显著下降,Fugl-Meryer、Barthel评分则显著上升,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗2周后,观察组血清炎症因子CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;与治疗前相比,治疗2周后对照组和观察组血清炎症因子CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著下降,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.[结论]在基础治疗的前提下,加苦碟子注射液能有效促进患者神经功能缺损的改善,提高肢体功能及生活质量,在脑梗死治疗中具有较高的应用价值.

Research About the Application Value of Sowthistle-leaf Ixeris Seedling on Cerebral Infarction

[Objective]To study the clinical efficacy of sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling on patients with cerebral infarction.[Methods]232 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated and diagnosed in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were selected in this research,these patients were randomly assigned to control group（routine treatment group） and observation group（sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling combined with routine treatment group）,each group got 116 patients.[Results]The NIHSS score of observation group was all obviously lower than control group,the Fugl-Meryer score and Barthe were lower than those of control group.The levels of serum CP P,IL-6,TNF-αt of observation group were lower than those of control group,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences.[Conclusion]The effect of sowthistle-leaf ixeris seedling in cerebral infarction was great,it could effectively relieve neurofunctional disorder,and improve quality of life.
