针灸通督法对缺血性脑卒中患者Caspase-3、Caspase-9水平影响的临床研究

[目的]通过观察针灸通督、常规针刺、药物三种疗法对缺血性脑卒中患者细胞凋亡相关指标Caspase-3（半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3）、Caspase-9（半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶-9）水平的影响和临床疗效的差异,探讨针灸通督疗法治疗缺血性脑卒中的作用机制.[方法]将120例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为针灸通督组（A组）、常规针刺组（B组）、药物对照组（C组）,各组患者在治疗前后均进行Caspase-3、Caspase-9、神经功能缺损、ADL（日常生活活动能力）检测,并将其结果进行对比分析.[结果]三种疗法均有不同程度的降低Caspase-3、Caspase-9活性、改善神经功能缺损及ADL的作用,有显著性差异（P＜0.05）,且灸通督组各观察指标改善明显,与常规针刺组、药物对照组相比,有显著或非常显著性差异（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.[结论]针灸通督疗法具有抑制细胞凋亡、促进患者神经功能恢复和改善患者日常生活活动能力的作用,其作用机制可能与减少患者脑神经元凋亡相关蛋白Caspase-3、Caspase-9的表达有关.

Clinical Research of the Effects on Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 in Patients with Cerebral Ischemic Stroke with Tongdu Acupuncture and Moxibustion

[Objective] To observe the acupuncture Tongdu,conventional acupuncture and drug control three kinds of therapy on patients with ischemic stroke related indicators of Caspase-3 by acupuncture（Caspase-3）,Caspase-9（Caspase-9） differences in the level of influence and the clinical curative effect,the action mechanism of acupuncture therapy on ischemic brain through the governor stroke.[Methods] 120 cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into acupuncture Tongdu group（group A）,acupuncture group（group B）,drug control group（group C）,patients in each group had Caspase-3,Caspase-9,neural function defect,ADL before and after treatment（ADL） detection,and the results were compared and analyzed.[Results] Three kinds of therapy were significantly lower Caspase-3,Caspase-9 activity,relieved nervous function defect and the role of ADL,there was significant difference （P〈 0.05）,and acupuncture Tongdu group each observation index improved significantly.Compared with the conventional acupuncture group,drug control group,there was significant or very significant difference（P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01）.[Conclusion] Acupuncture unblocking therapy can effectively inhibit the neuronal cells apoptosis in ischemic stroke patients,and the patient＇s neurologic impairment and activities of daily living ability also have good intervention effect.
