浅谈治肺癌兼顾治风

[目的]探讨治疗肺癌兼顾治风的临床意义.[方法]通过对中医基础理论的分析、中医文献的阅读,以及结合导师奚肇庆教授临证治疗肺癌的经验,初步探析治疗肺癌兼顾治风的运用.[结果]无论外风还是内风,在肺虚情况下,均可侵袭肺脏,同时与气滞、血瘀、痰结、湿聚、热毒等相互胶结,日久积滞而成肺癌,并可导致肺癌的发展及转移.[结论]肺癌的发病机理复杂,风邪在肺癌发病、发展过程中均有促进的作用.在治疗时兼顾治风,可延缓疾病进程,缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效.

On Treat Lung Cancer as Well as Wind

[Objective] To explore the clinical significance of treatment of lung cancer with treatment of wind.[Methods]Through the analysis of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine literature,and combined with clinical experience of Professor Xi Zhaoqing in treating lung cancer,preliminary analysis was made of the application of treatment of lung cancer and wind.[Results]Either the wind or the wind outside,the deficiency of the lung condition,can invade the lungs; qi stagnation,blood stasis,and phlegm,wet,heat and other cemented together,long stagnation can lead to the development and metastasis of lung cancer.[Conclusion]The pathogenesis of lung cancer had complicated role,wind evil was in lung cancer incidence,development process and promotion.Treatment of wind can delay the progression of the disease,relieve clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.
