重用白术治疗老年习惯性便秘31例

目的 :观察透明质酸钠治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的疗效。方法 :局麻下颞下颌关节上腔穿刺 ,成功后用 5ml生理盐水作关节上腔冲洗 ,然后抽净冲洗液。注入 1%透明质酸钠 1ml,退出注射器。压迫数分钟 ,嘱患者作张口运动 ,使药物均匀分布于关节腔内。结果 :通过对 2 4例患者 2 8侧的观察 ,有效 2 6例 ,无效 2侧 ,有效率 92 .86 %。结论 :透明质酸钠治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征效果好。

Observation of Efficacy of Sodium Hyaluronic in Treatment of Tempormandibular Joint Disturbance Syndrome

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of sodium hyaluronic in Tempormandibular Joint Disturbance Syndrome.Methods: After succeeding in paracentesis of the upper cavity of tempormandibular joint under toponarcosis,5 ml Saline was applied to irrigate the upper joint cavity followed by being drained out 1 ml of 1% sodium hyaluronic was injected in and the injector was withdrawn.Pressed the injection area for several minutes then asked the patients to perform open mouth movement to distribute the medicine evenly inside the joint cavity.Results: Among 28 sides of 24 patients,26 sides Recovered and 2 sides were not responded ar all.Effective rate was 92.86%.Conclusion: Sodium hyaluronic is efficacious in treatment of tempormandibular joint disturbance syndrome.
