| 摘 要： | 目的总结检验分析前不合格标本产生的原因，对不合格标本产生的原因进行分析并提出改进措施，提高分析前质量水平。方法对2007年度不合格标本进行分析统计，针对不合格标本产生的原因制定相应的措施后对2008年度不合格标本再进行统计。结果2007年度总的标本数量85579例，不合格1374倒，占1．61％，改进措施后，2008年度总的标本数量100038例，不合格标本623例，占0．62％，改进措施后不合格标本率显著低于改进措施前，二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论通过一系列改进措施，不合格标本率明显减少，提高了分析前质量控制水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes of unqualified specimen, and take measures to improve the quality to the former level. Methods Analysis the distribution of unqualified specimen in 2007. After making corresponding measures to the courses of the unqualified specimen, the distribution of the specimen in 2008 were counted again. Results There are 1 374 of 85 579 unqualified cases in 2007（1. 61%） in contrast to 623 of 100 038 in 2008 （0.62%）. After making countermeasures,the number of unqualified specimen decreased significantly compared with that of 2007 and 2008（P〈0.01）. Conclusion After taking a series of improvement measures, the incidence of unqualified specimens are reduced obviously and the preanalystical quality is improved significantly. |
