| 摘 要： | 目的了解综合医院内科门诊中年患者的心理健康状况。方法选取我院内科门诊中年患者240例为观察组及中年健康体检者80例为对照组。采用综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表进行问卷调查，并比较两组的心理健康状况。结果内科门诊中年患者心理障碍患病率为40．0％，对照组心理障碍患病率为10．0％，两组比较差异有极显著性（P〈0．01）；其中焦虑、抑郁患病率分别为24．2％、20．8％。结论综合医院内科门诊中年患者心理健康状况较差，需引起社会的重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the mental health status in middle-aged patients from medical dept. of general hospital. Methods 240 middle-aged patients selected from medical dept. of our hospital were assigned to observation group and 80 middle-aged healthy examinees to control group. Questionnaire investigations were conducted with the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),and the mental health status of the 2 groups compared. Results Prevances of psychological disorders were respectively 40.0% in the observation and 10.0% in the control group,which showed a significant difference(P<0.01); those of anxiety and depression were respectively 24.2% and 20.8%. Conclusion The mental health status of middle-aged patients in medical clinic is worse and needs social recognition. |
