安体舒通治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的对安体舒通治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)在临床中的疗效进行观察。方法对我院2010年2月至2012年10月收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者121例,随机分为对照组和观察组组。对照组60例,观察组61例。对照组采用常规心力衰竭治疗法,观察组则在常规治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的基础上,每天一次加服20mg的安体舒通片,两组均进行4周的治疗。两组通过治疗前后,对利用动态心电图监测到的心律失常情况和左心功能进行对比。结果观察组与对照组比较,观察组的各项指标明显优于对照组,心功能得到有效改善(P<0.05);室性心律失常发生率减少(P<0.01)。结论安体舒通片对改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能疗效良好,降低了室性心律失常的发生率,有推广意义。

Eflficacy of Spironolactone Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

The two groups before and after treatment, the use of dynamic electrocardiogram （DCG） to arrhythmia and left cardiac function were compared. Results The observation group compared with controls, the indicators of the observation group was better than control group, and effectively improve cardiac function （P〈O.O1）; To reduce the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia （P〈O.O1）. Conclusion Spironolactone tablet to improve chronic congestive heart failure patients with cardiac function good curative effect and reduce the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia, promoting significance.
