中西医结合卒中单元治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效分析

目的观察中西医结合卒中单元治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法将136例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各68例。两组均进行西医卒中单元常规治疗,观察组在此治疗基础上加用中医辨证施治方案,并对两组治疗结果进行比较分析。结果治疗结束后,观察组临床总有效率为95.58%,对照组临床总有效率为82.35%,两组临床疗效差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合卒中单元治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效显著,值得在临床进行推广。

Clinical Analysis of Integrative Medicine Stroke Unit for Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine stroke trait for treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods 136 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 68 cases in each group. All cases in two groups were treated with conventional stroke unit standardized treatment, the cases in the observation group were treated with syndrome differentiation treatment on the basis of this, the treatment results of two groups were analyzed after the treatment. Result After the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.58%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the treatment of integrative medicine stroke unit for treatment of acute ischemic stroke is significant, it is worthy of promoting in clinic.
