经颅多普勒超声在脑血管疾病中的应用及护理体会

目的探讨经颅多普勒超声(transcranial doppler,TCD)检查在脑血管疾病中的临床应用及护理。方法对我科2007年8月至2011年10月期间完成的TCD检查及操作护理进行分析。结果共完成TCD检查5400例,结果异常者3830例。主要有脑动脉硬化2096例(54.73%),脑动脉供血不足1158例(30.23%),脑血管痉挛452例(11.80%)。结论 TCD检查在脑血管疾病的临床中得到广泛应用。但要做好检查前的各项准备、遵循检查技术要点、仪器的保养及护理,才能准确的获取脑血管多普勒信息,为临床治疗及护理提供准确的依据。

Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound in the Application and Nursing Experience of Cerebrovascular Disease

Objective To evaluate the transcranial doppler ultrasound （transcranial doppler, TCD） examination in clinical application and nursing of cerebrovaseular disease. Method In our department between August 2007 and October 2011 completed during the period of TCD examination and nursing were analyzed. Results TCD examination results were done in 5400 cases, the result was abnormal in 3830. Mainly include 2096 eases （54.73%） of cerebral arteriosclerosis, cerebral arterial blood supply of less than 1158 cases （30.23%）, cerebral vasospasm, 452 cases （11.80%）. Conclusions TCD examination in cerebrovascular disease＇s clinical widely used. But want to check all the preparation, follow before inspection technology main points, instrument maintenance and nursing, to get accurate cerebral vascular doppler information, provides the accurate basis for the clinical treatment and nursing.
