| 摘 要： | 目的保妇康栓联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将100例经临床确诊的霉菌性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予保妇康栓联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,对照组给予保妇康治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果组治愈率为90%;对照组治愈率为74%,观察组显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康与乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效确切,值得临床广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Objective Baofukang suppository combined lactobacillus vagina capsule treatment, the clinical effect of mould sex vaginitis during pregnancy. Methods Will be 100 cases of clinically diagnosed with mould sex vaginitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group 50 cases each, observation group was given Baofukang suppository combined lactobaeillus vagina capsule treatment, control group given bao fu kang treatment, compare the curative effect of two groups of patients. Results Group the cure rate is 90%; Control group cure rate was 74%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, two groups of comparisons, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Baofukang and lactobacillus vagina capsule combined treatment curative effect is mould sex vaginitis, worthy of clinical application widely. |
