护理风险管理在创伤骨科患者浅静脉留置针的应用

目的：探讨护理风险管理在创伤骨科患者浅静脉留置针中的实施效果，降低护理风险发生率，为患者提供安全优质的护理服务。方法2013年1月-8月将我院骨科使用浅静脉留置针患者82例纳入研究，其中2013年1月-4月实施护理对策前41例患者为对照组，2013年5月-8月应用护理对策41例患者作为品管组，比较实施对策后常见风险问题变化情况。结果实施风险管理后浅静脉留置针导管堵塞，液体外渗，静脉炎方面品管组患者的满意率均优于对照组，护理不良事件较对照组降低。结论护理风险管理的应用，提高了浅静脉留置针维护质量，有效回避了护理风险，提高了创伤骨科患者使用浅静脉留置针的意愿。

Application of nursing risk management in department of orthopedics and trauma patients with indwelling needle in superficial vein

Objective To explore the nursing risk management on the application of venous indwelling needle in front of the implementation effect of Department of orthopedics and trauma patients,reduce the incidence of nursing risk, providing care for patient safety and quality. Methods From 2013 January-8 months will Department of orthopedics superficial vein of 82 patients included in the study of patients with indwelling needle.41 cases of 2013 January -4 months nursing measures before the use of indwelling needle were used as the control group,the 2013 April-8 months application of nursing 41 patients as control group,common variation risk countermeasures after comparison. Results The implementation of risk management after superficial vein indwelling needle catheter blockage,leakage,phlebitis aspects of quality control group of patients satisfaction rate was better than the control group,the nursing adverse events were lower than the control group. Conclusion Nursing risk management application to improve the maintenance quality of superficial vein indwelling needle. Effectively avoid nursing risks,improve the Department of orthopedics trauma patients with superficial vein detaining needle will.
