脂微球前列腺素E1治疗急性脑梗死的效果评价

目的：评价脂微球前列腺素E1治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将87例急性脑梗死患者分为对照组（n=43）和观察组（n=44），2组患者在常规治疗的基础上，对照组给予复方丹参16 mL＋低分子右旋糖酐500 mL静脉滴注，1次/d；观察组给予脂微球前列腺素E110μg＋生理盐水100 mL静脉滴注，1次/d，2组疗程均为14 d。对2组治疗效果和美国国立卫生院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分进行比较。结果观察组总有效率77.3%，高于对照组的55.8%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；2组患者治疗前NIHSS量表评分无统计学差异，治疗后观察组为（13.1＆#177;2.0）分，对照组为（14.3＆#177;2.3）分，2组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论脂微球前列腺素E1治疗急性脑梗死效果满意，值得临床推广。

Evaluation of the effect of lipopectic prostaglandin E1 in treating acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of lipopectic prostaglandin E 1 in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 87 cases died of cerebral infarction patients were divided into control group （n=43） and observation group （n=44）. Patients in the 2 groups on the basis of conventional therapy, the control group were treated with Compound Danshen 16 mL＋ low molecular dextran 500 mL intravenous drip,1 times /d,the observation group were given lipopectic prostaglandin E110 μ g＋ 100 mL saline infusion,1 times /d,treatment for 14 days.To evaluate the therapeutic effect and NIHSS scale. Results The observation group the total effective rate was 77.3%, higher than 55.8% in the control group,P＆lt;0.05, the difference was statistically significant;the 2 groups of patients before treatment NIHSS score no significant difference after treatment,observation group （13.1＆#177;2.0）,control group（14.3＆#177;2.3）, by comparison（P＆lt;0.05）,there was statistical differences. Conclusion lipopectic prostaglandin E1 in treating acute cerebral infarction with satisfactory effect,is worth the clinical promotion.
