孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效分析

目的：探讨丙卡特罗联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的疗效。方法将68例CVA患儿分别给予盐酸丙卡特罗联合孟鲁司特钠或联合酮替酚治疗，观察2组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.2%；对照组总有效率为76.5%，2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿症状缓解及消失时间显著缩短，治疗后肺功能好转明显（P〈0.01）。结论使用孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著，不良反应少，临床效果满意，值得推广应用。

Treatment efficacy analysis of Procaterol combined Montelukast in children with cough variant asthma

Objective To explorer the treatment efficacy of procaterol combined montelukast sodium in children with cough variant asthma （CVA）.Methods 68 cases of CVA children were randomly divided into two groups and treated with procaterol combined montelukast or ketotifen respectively,then,the results of groups were observed. Results In montelukast group,the markedly efficiency was 61.8% and total efficiency was 91.2%,and the markedly efficiency retio were significantly higher than the ketotifen group（26.5%）（P＆lt;0.05）.The relief time and disappearance time of CAV symptoms in montelukast group were significantly shorter than ketotifen group,and lung function improved significantly after treatment （P＆lt;0.01）.Conclusions Using montelukast sodium combined procaterol hydrochloride in treatment of CVA,the efficiency was satisfactory and the adverse reactions were fewer, which was worthy of further clinical research, promotion and use.
