宫颈癌与HPV16，18的关系研究

目的：结合临床和流行病学探讨HPV16，18与宫颈癌的关系。方法将178例宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）标本采用HE染色及免疫组化SP法，标记宫颈上皮病变中的HPV16，18，并取同期10例正常宫颈组织作对照。结果138例宫颈癌标本的HPV16，18平均阳性率为70.3%，其中〈55岁年龄组宫颈癌102例， HPV阳性率为90.2%，≥55岁年龄组36例，阳性率为13.9%，组间阳性率比较有显著差异（P〈0.01）。HPV16（＋）组共52例，其中宫颈鳞癌47例，腺癌5例；HPV18（＋）45例，宫颈鳞癌11例，腺癌34例，组间阳性率比较有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论 HPV的感染与宫颈癌相关，HPV16型感染多见于宫颈鳞癌，而18型多见于宫颈腺癌。

The research of the association between HPV16,18 and cervical cancer

Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the association between HPV16,18 and cervical cancer. Methods Medical records were retrospectively collected of 138 patients with cervical cancer and 40 patients with CIN to determine HPV 16,18 positive rate by HE staining and immunohistochemical method. Results The incidence of HPV16,18-positive was 70.3%.Of the 138 patients analyzed,thirty-six patients were older than 55 years old while 102 patients were younger than it. The incidence of HPV-positiv was 90.2%in patients who were younger than 55 years old while it was 13.9%in patients who were older than 55 years old.Adenocarcinoma in HPV18-positive group was 85% while it were 11%,4.3% in HPV16-positive and HPV-negative group respectively（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Human papilloma virus （HPV）infection is the cause of cervical precancer and cancer. HPV-18 positivity was significantly more common in patients with cervical adenocarcinoma.
