氨溴索与抗生素联合治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效观察

目的：观察氨溴索联合抗生素治疗社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的临床效果。方法选择社区获得性肺炎患者92例，根据治疗方案不同分为试验组和对照组。试验组46例应用头孢哌酮钠联合氨溴索治疗，对照组46例在治疗过程中不联合应用氨溴索。观察治疗期间患者体温、白细胞计数以及胸部X线的变化。结果试验组治愈40例，好转6例，总有效率为100.00﹪；对照组治愈26例，好转13例，无效7例，总有效率为84.78﹪，2组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论在抗生素的基础上联合应用氨溴索可以提高CAP患者的治愈率，缩短抗生素应用时间。

To observe the curative effect of Ambroxol with pneumonia antibiotics in treatment of community acquired

Objective To observe the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with antibiotics in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia clinical effect. Methods The patients with community acquired pneumonia in 92 cases, according to the different treatment schemes were divided into experimental group and control group. The test group CAP was treated with cefoperazone sodium and ambroxol drug treatment of 46 cases. A control group of 46 cases of CAP patients during treatment is not combined with ambroxol pharmaceutical. To observe the changes of white blood cell count during treatment in patients with body temperature, blood and chest X-ray changes. Results The 40 cases in the experimental group cured, 6 cases improved, efficiency of 100%in the control group, 26 cases were cured, 13 cases improved, efficiency rate of 84.78%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based on the application of antibiotics combined with ambroxol can improve the cure rate of patients with CAP, reduce the use of antibiotics in time.
