| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾前筋膜增厚对急性胰腺炎的CT诊断价值，提高急性胰腺炎的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析2010年-2012年我院33例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料及CT结果，观察肾前筋膜在急性胰腺炎中的CT表现。结果本组急性胰腺炎肾前筋膜增厚发生率91％，其中双侧肾前筋膜增厚8例，左侧肾前筋膜增厚22例。结论在急性胰腺炎的诊断中，肾前筋膜增厚征象具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To researched the CT scanning value of prerenal fascial thickening on acute pancreatitis and the improvement of diagnosing of acute pancreatitis. Methods The clinical data and CT scanning results 33 patients with pancreatitis were overviewed. The influence of prerenal fascial on diagnosing was observed. Results 30 cases （91%）had The prerenal fascial thickening caused by acute pancreatitis.8 cases had bilat eral prerenal fascial thickening. 22 cases had Leftward prerenal fascial thickening. Conclusion The symptom of prerenal fascial thickening could be essential to the diagnosing of acute pancreatitis. |
