| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声造影诊断胰腺损伤的价值。方法分析12例可疑胰腺损伤患者的超声造影表现，并与手术和CT结果进行对照。结果12例可疑胰腺损伤中：挫伤5例，断裂伤4例，未见异常3例。结论超声造影可判断胰腺损伤的位置、范围、程度及合并其他脏器的损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography （CEUS）in the diagnosis of Pancreatic trauma. Methods 12 patients suspected of pancreatic trauma were enrolled in the study and the results were compared with those of surgical operations or contrast-enhanced CT. Results In 12 patients,there were 5 patients with pancreatic contusion,4 with pancreatic broken and 3 with pancreatic normal. Conclusion he position,degree and coexistent injury of pancreatic trauma could be detected exactly on CEUS. |
