产后中药足浴配合足部按摩促进产褥期康复效果观察

目的：探讨产后中药足浴及足部按摩对促进产褥期康复的效果。方法对2013年1月-8月我院2000例（顺产1300例，剖宫产700例）产妇在产褥期行中药足浴配合足部按摩护理。结果2000例产妇经精心护理子宫复旧好，恶露量减少，无1例产妇发生产后大出血及产后感染；肛门排气提前，泌乳量增加，睡眠好，无明显产后抑郁症发生。结论给予产妇产后中药足浴配合足部按摩效果显著，且经济、安全，值得临床推广。

Natal medicine foot bath with foot massage to promote the rehabilitation of postpartum care

Objective To investigate natal medicine foot bath and foot massage to promote postpartum rehabilitation clinical efficacy. Methods January 2013-August 2013,our hospital 2000 cases （eutocia 1300 cases, 700 cases of cesarean section） maternal medicine foot bath with foot massage and meticulous care humanities. Results 2000 cases of maternal uterine involution good,lochia reduced to zero postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum infection rate is zero,flatus early lactation increased,sleep well,no incidence of postpartum depression. Conclusion Maternal postpartum herbal foot bath and foot massage effective and safe,meticulous care for the treatment of active humanities provide security.
