硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病临床观察

目的：观察硫酸特布他林联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病的临床疗效。方法以126例婴幼儿喘息性疾病患儿为研究对象，分为A、B、C 3个组，给予不同药物吸入治疗，观察3组治疗情况。结果 B组喘息等症状缓解时间及总住院天数明显短于A组（P〈0.01），C组各项指标明显优于B组和A组（P〈0.01）。B组7 d后疗效与A组相当（P〉0.05），C组与B组比较差异无统计学意义，但是C组显效人数多于A组，无效人数明显少于A组。结论使用硫酸特布他林加布地奈德雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病，起效比地塞米松联合氨茶碱雾化吸入要快，其疗效明显优于常规治疗。

Clinical observation of Terbutaline sulfate combined with Budesonide atomized inhalation in the treatment of infants with asthmatic disease

Objective To investigate clinical effect of terbutaline sulfate combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of asthmatic disease in infants. Methods 126 cases of children with asthmatic disease as the study object were divided into group A,B and C,treated with different drugs,then,the effect of three groups was observed.Results In B group,the time of wheezing symptoms lighten and total length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than A group （P〈0.001）,while the index in C group was better than that of group B and group A （P〈0.001）.The effect after 7 days cure in group B and group A was quite same（P〉0.05）.However,the number of patients with great effect in C group were significantly more than group A with little inefficacy.Conclusion Use of budesonide and terbutaline sulphate atomized-inhalation in the treatment of infants with asthmatic disease,the effect of onset was quicker than dexamethasone combined with aminophylline,and the efficacy was superior than conventional treatment.
