| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨温湿度变化对医用纸塑包装无菌包储存时限的影响。方法在广东自然环境下,3月-8月平均湿度85%状况下,同炉合格无菌物品存放在4个临床科治疗室无菌物品柜,分批分时每次抽检3个无菌包。结果所抽检96个包中在有效期内有2个无菌包有菌生长。结论医用纸塑包装无菌包有效期限受温、湿度等多因素的影响,需进一步科学、合理地进行多因素对比性研究。

| Abstract: | Objective Study the medical sterile wrapped in paper and plastic packaging changes in temperature and humidity limit the impact of its storage. Methods Natural environment in Guangdong,85 percent from March to August average humidity conditions, Qualified with stove kept in sterile treatment room four clinical departments sterile cabinet,Each sampling three sterile package with Timeshare batches.Results The sampling of 96 packets within the validity period has two aseptic packages are bacteria growth.Conclusion Paper and plastic packaging of sterile medical package validity period by temperature,humidity and other factors,the need for further scientific and rational multivariate comparative study. |
