2型糖尿病合并胆结石患者心率变异性的研究

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者心率变异性(HRV)与胆石症的相关性。方法观察42例不伴有胆石症(DP组)及48例伴胆石症(DC组)的2型糖尿病患者,选取正常健康人38例作为对照组,进行24 h动态心电图监测,并对其HRV时域指标进行分析。结果3组HRV各指标均不同(P均<0.05),各指标中除DP组和DC组rMSSD相近外,其余任意指标2组比较均不同。结论2型糖尿病患者HRV减低可能是胆石症形成的独立危险因素。

Study on heart rate variability in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with cholelithiasis

Objective It is to study the relationship of heart rate variability(HRV) and cholelithiasis in type 2 diabetes patients.Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into group DC in which there were 48 patients with cholelithiasis and group DP in which there were 42 patients without cholelithiasis, while 38 healthy adults were selected as control group.24 h ambulatory electrocardiograms were recorded and the changes of HRV indexes were analyzed.Results There were significant differences among the three groups(all P<0.05).Excepting rMSSD between group DC and group DP,there were significant differences between any two groups.Conclusion HRV lowering may be independence risk factor for the formation of cholelithiasis in type 2 diabetes patients.
