妊娠高血压综合征患者眼底改变影响因素分析

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者的年龄、血压、蛋白尿、水肿与眼底改变的关系。方法对200例PIH患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果200例PIH患者眼底正常53例(26.5%),眼底有改变者147例(73.5%),其中一期改变者73例(49.7%),二期改变49例(33.3%),三期改变25例(17.0%)。高血压、蛋白尿、水肿等体征越严重,眼底的改变越明显,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论通过对眼底改变的检查能够客观的评价病情,其可作为PIH诊断、治疗及判断预后的依据。

Analysis of influencing factors on fundus changes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To investigate the relationship of age, blood pressure, proteinuria with edema and fundus changes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension （PIH）. Methods The data of 200 patients with PIH were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 200 cases, the eyegrounds were normal in 53 cases（26.5 % ） ;the fundus changes existed in 147 cases（73.5% ）, and the first staged change in 73 cases （49.7%）, the second staged change in 49 cases （33.3%）, the third staged change in 25 cases（ 17.0% ）. The fundus changes in patients with PIH were positively related with blood pressure, proteinuria and edema（P 〈0.05 ,P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Detection for fundus changes can estimate disease condition; and the changes may be a reliable evidence for diagnose, treatment and evaluation of prognosis on PIH.
