单子叶植物内生菌多糖抗肿瘤活性的研究

摘    要:目的:研究单子叶植物内生菌多糖抗肿瘤活性。方法:用单子叶植物内生菌多糖对S-180和H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠进行体内和体外抑瘤实验,单子叶植物内生菌多糖对S-180荷瘤小鼠细胞分裂指数实验。结果:单子叶植物内生菌多糖对小鼠S-180实体瘤和H22小鼠肝癌具有抑制作用(P<0.001);单子叶植物内生菌多糖可干扰肿瘤细胞的细胞周期,抑制其分裂。结论:单子叶植物内生菌多糖具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。

Abstract:Objective: To study the anti-tumor activity of polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte.Method: In vivo and in vitro anti-tumor assays of polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte were performed in S-180 and H22 liver cancer bearing mice.And the cell division index was determined in S-180 mice.Results: Polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte had anti-tumor effect on S-180 solid tumor and H22 liver cancer in mice(P <0.001).It also could interfere with cell cycle of tumor and inhibit cell division.Conclusion: Polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte has certain anti-tumor activity.
