| 摘 要： | 百菌清(四氯间苯二甲腈)是一种新型的农药杀菌剂。本文观察了该杀菌剂对小白鼠骨髓淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体交换(SCE)率。结果发现:百菌清的剂量为128mg/kg体重时,能明显地诱发小白鼠骨髓淋巴细胞SCE率的增加。因此,百菌清农药可能是一种诱发突变的化学物质。

| Abstract: | Daconil (tetrachloro-s-benzoyl -2-methylnitrile) is a newly introduced pesticide. We made use of it to study the sister-chromatid exchanges of the bone marrow lymphocyte in the mice. We found that the rate of SCE of daconil group was 10%. The daconil group and positive control group showed hightly significant difference with negative control group, but the difference between daconil group and positive control was nonsignificant. It is suggested that this pesticide might be a mutagentic compound. |
