刺络拔罐围刺为主治疗高原带状疱疹疗效观察

目的：探讨在高原地区治方带状疱疹的有效方法。方法：将120名患者随机分为刺络拔罐围刺治方组和药物治疗对照组各60例，进行疗效对比。结果：经1个疗程的治疗，治疗组治愈率93．3％，对照组73．3％；皮损修复、结痂、疼痛消失时间治疗组均较对照组短，经统计学处理，差异有极显著性意义(P＜0．001)。结论：刺络拔罐围刺法治疗带状疱疹操作简便易行，且临床疗效和预后效果肯定。

Observation on the theraputic effect of pricking blood, cupping and surround needling on herpes zoster in the plateau area

Objective To explore effective methods for treatment of herpes zoster in the plateau area. Methods 120 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with pricking blood, cupping and surround needling, and the control group treated with medicine, 60 cases in each group. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results After treatment of 1 therapeutic course, the cured rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group; the time for repairing skin lesion, the time for scabbing and the time for disappearance of pain in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group with a very significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.001). Conclusion The pricking blood, cupping and surround needling therapy has definite clinical therapeutic effect for herpes zoster in the plateau area with simple manipulation.
