摘    要:中医骨伤科学是一门临床实践能力和动手操作能力要求极高的一门学科.我们利用临床实验室和骨折仿真实验模型,对我校99级骨伤科专业学生进行前臂双骨折仿真临床模拟实验教学.通过研究观察可见,两组学生在基本理论测评中,表现并没有显著差别,但是在手法整复测评和甲板固定测评中,前后两次表现差别显著.通过对教学效果和方法评测和探讨,认为前臂双骨折仿真临床模拟实验教学方法,不但激发学生学习兴趣,提高学习主动性,而且打破学生学习思维局限,增强临床思维能力,对于培养学生临床实践能力和动手能力,提高学生临床综合素质,教学效果良好.

Abstract:Traditional Chinese Orthopedics is one of the disciplines that have high clinical practice and require operation ability.We teach the students of orthopedics speciality of class 99 in our university with the simulative forearm double fracture model and the simulated clinical laboratory. By observation study, two group students' basic knowledge scores were not much different from each other. But the close diaplasis and the clinical thinking ability scores were higher than the previous ones. Based on evaluation of the effect and means of teaching experiment of the forearm double fracture,we conclude that the students have not only improved their interest and activities in learning but also broken up their thinking limitation.This method can enhance their clinical mental ability and improve their comprehensive clinical quality.
