| 摘 要： | 目的评价对眼科门诊泪道阻塞患儿实施护理干预后泪道探通的疗效。方法对观察组眼科门诊泪道探通患儿544人进行手术前后护理干预，对照组眼科门诊泪道探通惠儿1020人实行常规治疗方法。对2组惠儿手术效果进行比较。结果观察组需要二次手术的人数为24人，占4．41％，对照组需要二次手术的人数为98人，占9．61％，2组存在显著差异。结论实施护理干预可以提高患儿泪道探通手术的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention in lacrimal duct probing for pediatric outpatients with lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 544 patients underwent lacrimal duct probing were regarded as observation group and given nursing intervention before and after operation. 1020 patients underwent lacrimal duct probing were regarded as control group were given routine treatment. The effects of two groups were compared. Results 24 patients (4.41%) received twice probing in observation group and 98 patients (9.61%) received twice probing in control group. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusions Nursing intervention can promote effect of lacrimal duct probing. |
