小白鼠胸膜间皮的扫描电镜观察

目的　观察小白鼠脏、壁胸膜间皮细胞在扫描电镜下的结构以及两者在结构上的异同。方法　用扫描电镜对比观察 5只小白鼠的脏胸膜及各部壁胸膜的结构。结果　脏、壁胸膜间皮细胞表面有大量粗、细微绒毛 ,较多的火山口样凹陷及一些细胞间孔 ;脏胸膜间皮表面粗微绒毛密集且分支多 ,分支内有大量串珠样颗粒 ,多见具有芽状或颗粒状微绒毛的幼稚间皮细胞 ;壁胸膜间皮表面粗微绒毛稀疏 ,细微绒毛密集 ,多见微绒毛退化消失且有即将与间皮分离的衰老细胞、火山口样凹陷及细胞间孔。结论　脏胸膜间皮可能具有较强分泌功能 ,而壁胸膜间皮吸收功能较强

Observation of the murine pleura mesothelia by the scanning electron microscope

Objective To observe the structure and structural difference of the visceral pleura mesothelia and the parietal pleura mesothelia of the mice. Methods Observing the surface structure of the visceral and parietal pleura of five mice with the scanning electron microscope with constract. Results The thick microvilli,the thin microvilli,the crateriform depressions and the stomas on the surface of the pleura were observed. The thick microvilli of the mesotheliomas of the visceral pleura were dense and the branches of the thick microvilli are numerous. There were many granules like a string of beads in the thick microvilli. The puerile cells with granuliform or budded microvilli can be observed on the surface of the visceral pleura. The thin microvilli of the mesotheliomas of the parietal pleura were dense while the thick microvilli were loose. The senile cells with the degenerate microvilli can be observed on the surface of the parietal pleura. Conclusion The observation,we found the mesothelia of the visceral pleura had the powerful secretive function and the mesothelia of the parietal pleura had the powerful absorptive function.
