摘    要:目的 了解不同孕期妊娠妇女的碘营养状况和规律.方法 采用安培检测-离子色谱法测定773例不同孕期妊娠妇女的尿碘水平,并选取同年龄段未孕妇女138例作为对照组.结果 妊娠早、中、晚期孕妇尿碘中位数分别为126.41ug/L、130.17ug/L、124.87ug/L 尿碘〈100ug/L的比率分别为34.2%、33.7%、33.9% 其中〈50ug/L的比率分别为12.7%、13.0%、11.3% 而对照组尿碘中位数为224.32ug/L,统计学显示妊娠组与对照组有显著差异(P〈0.01).结论 妊娠妇女的尿碘中位数虽在评价标准范围内,但明显低于对照组妇女的尿碘中位数,且低尿碘率也高于非妊娠妇女,所以不同孕期的妊娠妇女尚有部分存在碘摄入不足的情况,孕期检测尿碘水平,科学适当地补碘是非常必要的.

Abstract:Objective Investigating the situation and pattern of iodine nutrition of pregnant women in various stages. Method The urinary iodinary levels of 773 pregnant women in various stages is measured by ampere detectionion chromatography and compared with those of 138 nonpregnant women. Results Of the pregnant women in early, middle and late stages, the medians of the iodine levels are 126.41 ug/L, 130. 17 ug/L and 124.87 ug/L respectively; the proportions of urine iodine levels less than 100 ug/L are 34.2%, 33.7% and 33.9% respectively; the proportions of urine iodine levels less than 50 ug/L are 12.7%, 13.0% and 11.3% respectively; while the median of the iodine lev- els of the control group is 224.32ug/L. Statistics shows that the pregnant group and the control group have notable difference (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The median of the urine iodine levels of pregnant women is obviously lower than that of the control group, though it falls in the range of evaluation standard. Moreover, the proportion of low urine iodine of pregnant women is higher than that of nonpregnant women. So, it is definitely necessary to measure the urine iodine levels of pregnant women and add supplemental iodine appropriately.
