| 摘 要： | 目的:观察右旋柠烯对人乳腺癌淋巴管生成和淋巴结转移的影响,探讨其抗肿瘤转移机制。方法:人乳癌细胞株MDA-MB-435裸鼠乳腺原位种植建立乳癌模型,免疫组化法检测右旋柠烯对乳癌组织微淋巴管密度(LMVD)和VEGF-C的影响。结果:右旋柠烯组乳癌生长和淋巴结转移受到抑制,LMVD降低,VEGF-C表达下调。结论:右旋柠烯通过影响VEGF-C诱导的淋巴管生成抑制乳癌淋巴结转移。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of d-limonene on the lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer and explore the anti-metastatic mechanism.Methods:The subcultured human breast cancer cell MDA-MB-435 were orthotopicly implanted into the mammary fat pad of female nude mice to establish breast cancer model.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the lymphatic microvessel density and VEGF-C expression in breast cancer tissues.Results: In d-limonene group,the tumor growth and metastasis to lymph node were significantly inhibited;LMVD and VEGF-C expression were decreased notably compared with that of in model group.Conclusion: d-limonene may inhibit the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer by the suppression of lymphangiogenesis induced by VEGF-C expression. |
