乳腺浸润性导管癌P27蛋白表达及预后的研究

目的 :研究乳腺浸润性导管癌组织P2 7蛋白、ER、PR受体表达与病人预后的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学EnvisionTM系统的二步法 ,检测乳腺浸润性导管癌组织P2 7蛋白、ER、PR受体表达 ,并与病人年龄、淋巴结转移及肿瘤体积大小等预后相关因素比较。结果 :乳腺浸润性导管癌P2 7蛋白表达与良性对照组比较 ,其差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并与预后呈正相关 ;与病人年龄 (≥ 5 0岁 )、淋巴结转移及瘤体大小 (≥ 2 5cm)呈负相关。结论 :P2 7蛋白、ER受体表达及淋巴结转移情况对乳腺浸润性导管癌的预后分析有重要参考价值。

A Study on the Expression of P27-Protein and the Prognosis of the Invasive Breast Carcinoma

Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of P27-protein,ER and PR receptor and the prognosis related factors such as patients'age,lymph node metastasis and the size of carcinoma.Methods:The expression of P27-protein,ER and PR receptor from 58 cases with the diagnosed of invasive breast carcinoma were investigated with two-step method of immunohistochemical EnvisionTM system.Results:There was significant difference of the expression of P27-protein between invasive breast carcinoma and the control benign group(P＜0.05)，and showed positive relation with prognosis,and negative relation with age(≥50 years old),lymph node metastases and the size of carcinoma(≥2.5cm).Conclusions:The expression of P27-protein,ER receptor and lymph node metastasis have important value on predicting the prognosis in patients with invasive breast carcinoma.
