基层医院诊治鼻咽喉水蛭92例体会

目的 探讨鼻咽喉水蛭的临床特点、诊断和治疗.方法 回顾性分析92例鼻咽喉水蛭患者的临床资料.结果 92例中,水蛭位于鼻咽部81例,咽喉部11例.临床表现主要为鼻出血或痰中带血,单纯出血9例,伴异物感83例,咽喉疼痛7例,轻度呼吸困难3例.询问病史和体征表现可以确诊.术后无水蛭异物残留.结论 怀疑有该病时应详细询问病史及进行相关临床检查,而手术取出水蛭是该病有效的治疗方法.

Experience on diagnosis and treatment of 92 patients with naso-pharyngo-laryngeal leeches in primary hospital

Objective To explore the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of patients with naso-pharyn- go-laryngeal leeches. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with naso-pharyngo-laryngeal leeches were retrospec- tively analyzed. Results Of 92 patients, leeches were found in nasopharyngeal carity in 81 patients,leeches in laryn- go pharyngeal carity in 11 patients. Main clinical manifestations were epistaxis or bloody sputum, including pure bleeding in 9 patients ,foreign body sensation in 83 patients, throat pain in 7 patients, mild breathing difficulty in 3 patients. On the basis of medical history inquiry and signs performance the disease can be diagnosed. Postoperative residual leech foreign body weren＇ t found. Conclusion The patients suspected of suffering from this disease should be asked for details of the history and received relevant clinical examination. The effective treatment method is remov- al of leeches surgically.
