不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折26例分析

目的探讨不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法2007-01—2011．10应用不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折26例。结果26例经5～18个月的术后随访，平均12个月，平均愈合时间16周。按Johner-Wruh评分标准，优23例，良2例，可1例，差0例，骨折全部愈合。结论不扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折是一种较好的内固定方式，具有创伤小、固定相对稳固、感染率低、骨折愈合率高等优点。

Analysis of unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of 26 patients with open tibial and fibular fractures

Objective To investigate the efficacy of unreamed interloeking intramedullary nail in the treatment of open tibial and fibular fractures. Methods From January 2007 to October 2011, the unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail was used for the treatment of 26 eases of open tibia and fibula fractures. Their clinical date was retrospectively analyzed. Results All 26 cases were followed up for 5 - 18 months after operation with an average of 12 months. The average healing time was 16 weeks. According to Johner-Wruh score： excellent effect was found in 23 cases, good in 2 cases, fair in 1 case and poor in 0 case. All fractures healed. Conclusion Unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail is a better internal fixation method in the treatment of open tibial and fibular fractures, it has the advantages of less trauma, relatively stable fixation, low rate of infection, high fracture healing rate and so on.
