| 摘 要： | 胰岛素受体底物（insulinreceptorsubstrate，IRS）是胰岛素信号传导通路中受体后水平的重要信号蛋白。IRS-1对骨骼生长、骨转换以及骨折愈合等均具有重要作用，为代谢性骨病和骨质疏松的防治提供了新思路。

| Abstract: | Insulin receptor substrate （IRS） is an important signaling proteins in insulin signal transduction pathways. IRS-1 plays an important role in skeletal growth, bone turnover and bone fracture healing. It may be a new point for the prevention and treatment of metabolic bone disease and osteoporosis. |
