| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声引导下建立经皮肾镜取石术工作通道的工作技巧.方法 对行经皮肾镜取石术的289例肾结石患者,选择在超声引导下建立经皮肾镜取石术工作通道.结果 289例患者均一次穿刺成功,无胸膜损伤、腹腔脏器损伤、肾盂撕裂、肾脏穿通伤等并发症发生.结石清除率为85.5%（247/289）.结论 掌握好手术操作技巧,利用超声引导建立经皮肾镜取石术工作通道是安全可行的.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the technique of establishing work tract of percutaneous nephrolithotomy guided by ultrasound. Methods A total 289 patients with kidney stones underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy though working tract by ultrasound-guidance. Results The procedure of puncture was successful in 289 patients in first puncture. There was no pleural injury, abdominal organs injury, renal pelvis tearing and penetrating kidney inju- ry. Stones clearance rate was 85.5% （247/289）. Conclusion It is safe and feasible to establish pereutaneous nephrolithotomy work tract using ultrasound guidanee ,when mastering the operation techniques. |
