中西医结合治疗胫腓骨干骨折疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗胫腓骨干骨折的临床效果。方法选择该院2009～2011年收治的胫腓骨干骨折77例，随机分为对照组（35例）和观察组（42例）：对照组给予闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药汤剂内服，疗程4～6周。结果观察组总有效率（95．2％）高于对照组（77．1％）（P〈0．05），并发症发生率（16．7％）低于对照组（P〈0．05），且观察组骨痂出现时间、骨折愈合时间和住院时间分别为（37．1±3．8）d、（133．5±9．4）d和（16．7±2．9）d，均短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗胫腓骨干骨折效果好于单一西医治疗，其加速患者骨折的愈合速度，降低并发症的发生率，值得临床推广。

Study of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating patients with tibia and fibula fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in trea- ting patients with tibia and fibula fracture. Methods Seventy-seven patients with tibia and fibula fracture were select- ed and divided into 2 groups randomly. Of them 35 patients in control group were treated by closed reduction andinter- locking intramedullary nailfixation, and other 42 patients in observation group were given Chinese medicine decoction orally on the basic treatment of control group. The time of treatment and recovery, complications and clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and complication rate of observation group were 95.2% and 16. 7% respectively, significantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the time of callus occur- rence, fracture healing time and hospitalization time were （37.1 ± 3.8 ） d, （ 133.5 ± 9.4 ） d and （ 16.7± 2. 9 ） d respectively, significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Tile clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating tibia and fibula fracture is significantly better than that of single method, it can accelerate the healing rate and lower the complication rate, and deserve to be promoted in clinical pratice.
