单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片预防心绞痛再发作的临床研究

目的观察单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片预防心绞痛再发作的疗效，并探讨其作用机制。方法将52例心绞痛患者随机分为两组，治疗组26例患者口服单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片，对照组26例患者口服单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片，服药4周，观察其临床预防效果。结果治疗组临床总有效率为92．31％，对照组总有效率为65．39％，治疗组高于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组服药2、3、4W后心绞痛发作次数和发作持续时间均较治疗前显著减少和缩短（P均〈0．01），但治疗后1W与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。心电图总有效率治疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片能安全、有效预防心绞痛再发作，且疗效优于单纯用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片。

Clincal research of preventing recurrence of angina pectoris by isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tab- lets combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets

Objective To evaluate the effects of isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets on the preventing of recurrence of angina pectoris recurrent. Methods Fifty- two patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group （take isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets） and control group （take isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets）, 4 weeks later the clinical outcomes of the two groups were evaluated. Results After treat- ment, the total effective rate accounted for 92. 31% in treatment group, while 65. 39% in control group （P〈0. 05） ; the attack frequency of angina pectoris after 2 weeks in treatment group was greatly reduced contrast pretreatment and control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Compared to pretreatment the lasting time of angina pectoris in treatment group was aborter （P 〈 0. 05）, and were markedly different between treatment group and control group after 4 weeks （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significantly difference in electrocardiogram effective rate between groups. There were no severe adverse reaction was found in two groups. Conclusion Isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets combined with meto- prelol sustained-release tablets is effective and safe in preventing of recurrence of angina pectoris, and more effect than Isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets.
